ZA Anti-virus and Firefox 3.5.3 New Window not working --> Check others FF add-on

Same problem with firefox 3.5.3
Addons are as follows:

Adblock plus 1.1.1
British English Dictionary 1.19
Colorful Tabs 3.9.4
Download statusbar 0.9.6.5
Forecast fox 0.9.10.1
Greasemonkey 0.8.20090920.2
Java quick starter 1.0
Microsoft .net framework assistant 1.0
PDF download 2.2.0.2
Xmarks 3.3.2

My problem is that firefox proccess stay in memory after i quit firefox, and can´t open new firefox window until finishes it manually, besides that the "Tools" menu is not showing.
When i disable adblock 1.1.1, everthing goes nice.
Anyone knows if they it will be corrected?

This Sounds like a FireFox or FireFox Add-on problem..

Have you Reported the Conflict directly to FireFox Web-site?

The problem with firefox not opening a new window & staying memory after shutdown and sometimes not restarting properly is almost certainly caused by a conflict between the Zonealarm Toolbar and Adblock plus (1.1.1). (it is on my machine anyway).

To solve go into firefox -> tools ->addons and disable either zonealarm toolbar or adblock plus whichever is your choice. The problem should be cured. It was on my machine, all my other firefox addons work fine with Zonealarm toolbar or with Addblock plus.

Happens in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5 as well.
Problem resolution in http://forums.zonelabs.com/showthread.php?t=71477 worked well.
[The new version of Zonealarm (9.1.008) solved all problens here.]

BTW ZA_Pro 9.0.114.000 failed manual update indicating the program was up to date.

Had to go to Frequently Asked Question - I want to download the latest version of ZoneAlarm. to get ZoneAlarm Pro (9.1.008.000)
