Just keep following up with them with the normal troubleshooting...
This is the only way to get the issue resolved or escalated to development.

OK, rant over, I feel better now. I'll try the reset and re-test when I get some futz time. Not expecting that to work, I'll stop loading ZA at startup, reboot, use the removal tool and do a clean install of 9.1 to get one step ahead of them. Of course, that's how I installed it in the first place, but hey, what do I know!

fax, Reported it to Support 1st time about issue and just now reported 2nd time about cause.All they told me they pass this on to Devolvement.

I did the Ctrl-Shift Reset of ZASS as instructed by tech support. It was no help. The same problem is still there.
